My health coaching practice began in early 2024 after completing my education. JB Restorative Health and Wellness LLC officially became a company in January 2025. I’m thrilled to live my personal and professional passion by helping clients thrive and live their best lives.

Services I provide:

  • • One-on-one health coaching, focusing on all pillars of health, including restorative sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, gratitude and reflection, and social engagement.
  • • Weekly sessions, 30 to 60 minutes in length.
  • • Customized 90-day and 6-month packages with flexible rates to suit your needs.
  • • Low-impact personal fitness training.
  • • Consultations available in-person, by phone, FaceTime, or Zoom.
  • • Same-day phone or text response to questions or concerns, for connection is a high-priority commitment to my business.
  • • Serving all of Northeastern Ohio.
