My name is Jim Britton, and I’ve been a proud resident of Northeastern Ohio for over 50 years. I’m also a proud father of two amazing children, both of whom are well on their way to successful careers. Fatherhood has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

My journey into health coaching began after 30 years of helping clients find the right sleep solutions through mattresses designed to improve rest and recovery. Through this work, I witnessed firsthand how sleep—or the lack of it—affects overall well-being. Sleep deprivation has become a global health crisis, significantly increasing the risk of chronic diseases.

Determined to expand my knowledge and make a larger impact, I returned to school to become a health and wellness coach. On the very first night of my program, my instructor, a PhD-level health coach, told the class, "The first thing I tell my clients is to fix your sleep." In that moment, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. Sleep is just one piece of the puzzle—along with fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being—when it comes to achieving total wellness.


My coaching approach is client-centered and results-driven. I believe that hard work is always rewarded, and I'm fully committed to working alongside you every step of the way. Together, we'll build a path to success and lasting well-being. I don't just coach; I walk the journey with you, ensuring you feel supported, motivated, and empowered to reach your goals.
